BBM Development was established in 2001 with the mission of providing premium general contracting services.  We combine personal service, expertise, and management to develop successful relationships. We primarily serve property owners and management companies in the New York City area and are committed to providing exemplary service to our clients, completing projects on time and within budget. We have extensive experience in all facets of the construction industry.

One of our many specialties includes exterior building restoration, and are experienced with Local Law 11/98 – Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) repairs.

BBM created a collaborative partnership with Jason M. Aptowitz Consulting Engineer, PLLC that provides engineering services and additional technical expertise.

BBM is fully insured, licensed and safety registered with the NYC Department of Buildings and Department of Transportation.

BBM provides the full range of construction management services, from pre-construction to closeout. Our goal is to become an extension of our clients’ organization—managing the project with a rigorous hold on schedule and budget, guided by practical problem solving.
