Kaufman Management reached out to BBM when they wanted to perform exterior renovations. There were several projects at this location, included replacing 10 skylights on the main roof.  Due to the relatively large size, the fabrication of the skylights had to occur on site.  The existing skylights were removed, and new counter-flashing was installed along the existing curbs.

The final skylight assemblies consisted of galvanized metal, with a hip vent and wire insulated glass.

A new curtain wall was installed to replace the existing. New vertical supports, insulated glass units, molding and capping metal were fabricated and installed.

BBM was also contracted to furnish and install an interior and exterior protection wall so that the removal of South Wall could be performed. The interior partition wall consisted of drywall, two inches of insulation of floor protection. The exterior enclosure consists of exterior grade plywood, and Tyvek/ Bituthene weatherproofing along with a  hollow metal door for access.
